2. Hosting

Our website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf. The provider collects technical access data (server log files) to provide this website. This includes, among other things, IP address, browser type, date and time of access. This data is used exclusively to maintain the secure operation of the website.

5. Contact forms (Gravity Forms)

When using our contact form via Gravity Forms, the data you enter (e.g. name, e-mail address) will be stored to process your request and transmitted to us by e-mail. Storage in the WordPress database depends on the configuration.

Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR (consent) and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (contract fulfillment).

6. Customer account / registration

When registering a customer account in the online shop, personal data such as name, address, e-mail and password are stored in order to enable access to and use of the shop.

7. Online shop (WooCommerce) & payment processing

Our online shop is based on WooCommerce. As part of the order, we process your data to carry out the transaction and delivery.

Google Search Console is also used to optimize the website. No personal data is collected.

10. Google Fonts

Google Fonts are integrated locally, there is no connection to Google servers. Therefore, no personal data is transferred to Google.
