Cancellation policy for consumers
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day:

In the case of contracts for the delivery of goods: on which you or a third party named by you received the goods.

In the case of digital content: on which the contract was concluded.

In the case of services or events: on which the contract was concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (MedDent Excellence GmbH, Friedrich-Schneider-Str. 9, 55131 Mainz, e-mail: info@meddent-excellence.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by e-mail or letter).
You can use the sample withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from a different type of delivery than the standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal.
For the refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not be charged any fees for the refund.
For contracts regarding digital content or events:
The right of withdrawal expires if:

the execution of the contract has begun and
-
you have expressly agreed that the execution will begin before the end of the withdrawal period and

you have confirmed your knowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal as a result.
For deliveries of goods:
We may refuse to refund you until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods.
You must return the goods to us immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
