General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

for the use of the online shop of

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by consumers (§ 13 BGB) and entrepreneurs (§ 14 BGB) via our online shop.

These GTC apply regardless of whether the contract is concluded in German or English.

2. Offer and Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of the products and events in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order.

By completing the order process, you submit a binding offer. The contract is concluded by an automated order confirmation via e-mail. In case of payment by bank transfer, the contract acceptance takes place by manual confirmation.

3. Services and Products

Our offer includes:

  • Digital content (e.g. e-books, digital learning materials, access to events)

  • Physical products (e.g. books, printed learning materials – possibly in the future)

  • Online events (e.g. webinars, live seminars)

  • On-site events (e.g. workshops, training courses)

Depending on the offer, downloads can be provided directly after payment or access is granted via a customer account. The duration of availability may be limited (e.g. for events with fixed dates).

4. Prices and Payment Conditions

All prices include statutory value added tax and other price components.

The following payment methods are offered:

  • PayPal

  • Credit card

  • Klarna

  • Stripe

  • Prepayment/Bank transfer

Payment is due immediately, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Delivery and Access

  • Digital products are provided via a download link or directly via the customer account.

  • Physical products (if offered) are shipped to the delivery address provided during the order process.

  • For events, the access information (e.g. location, link, time) will be sent by e-mail after successful booking.

6. Cancellation / Rebooking

Cancellations and rebookings of events are generally possible, but depend on the respective offer.
The specific cancellation conditions, deadlines and any fees are listed directly in the event offer or will be communicated during the ordering process.

7. Usage Rights

The use of digital content is exclusively intended for the buyer(s). Passing on to third parties, duplication or publication without explicit permission is prohibited.

8. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers are generally entitled to a right of withdrawal. Information on this can be found in the separate Cancellation Policy.

There is no right of withdrawal for entrepreneurs.

9. Warranty and Liability

The statutory warranty rights apply.
For claims based on damages caused by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents, we are only liable in case of:

  • Injury to life, body or health

  • Intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty

  • Violation of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations)

10. Contract Language and Storage

The contract language is German or English. The contract text will not be stored by us after conclusion of the contract.

11. Place of Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

For contracts with entrepreneurs, German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Mainz.
For consumers, the law of the country in which the customer has his habitual residence applies, unless mandatory consumer protection regulations conflict.
